If you are driving, enter '2441 N Landing Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456' into your GPS or navigation app. From downtown Virginia Beach, take Virginia Beach Blvd (Route 58) heading south. Continue on Virginia Beach Blvd for about 4 miles until you reach N Landing Rd. Turn left onto N Landing Rd and continue for about 1 mile. The Whitehurst-Buffington House will be on your right. Look for parking on the street.

To reach the Whitehurst-Buffington House using public transportation, take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus route 20 from the Virginia Beach Transit Center. Ride the bus for approximately 25 minutes, and get off at the stop at Virginia Beach Blvd & N Landing Rd. From there, walk approximately 0.6 miles north along N Landing Rd, and you will arrive at the Whitehurst-Buffington House on your left. Please check the HRT website for current bus fares and schedules.
