Walking
If you are starting from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 15th Street, head east towards the beach. Once you reach the sand, turn right and walk along the beach towards the north. Continue walking for approximately 1 mile until you reach 38th Street. At 38th Street, turn left onto the Oceanfront Bike Path. The Navy SEAL Monument will be on your left, just a short walk down the path.

From the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Head north on the boardwalk and continue until you reach 38th Street. Once you reach 38th Street, turn left onto the Oceanfront Bike Path. Continue along the path until you see the Navy SEAL Monument on your left. It’s a beautiful ride with ocean views!

You can take the Virginia Beach public bus service (HRT) Route 20. Board the bus at any convenient stop along the route that heads towards the oceanfront. Get off at the stop closest to 38th Street. From there, walk east towards the beach, then turn left onto the Oceanfront Bike Path. The Navy SEAL Monument will be on your left after a short walk.
