Getting There

• Public Transit

  If you are starting from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, head to the nearest bus stop that services the public transit system. You can catch the Virginia Beach Trolley, which runs along the Atlantic Avenue corridor. Board the trolley heading north towards the northern beaches. Stay on the trolley for about 15 minutes, and keep an eye out for stops near 25th Street. Once you reach the 25th Street stop, disembark the trolley. From there, walk east towards the beach, and you will reach the Norwegian Lady statue located at 2500 Atlantic Ave. The statue will be clearly visible on the beach.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental stations along the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Head north along the boardwalk path, which is well-marked and safe for cyclists. Continue biking until you reach 25th Street. Once you arrive at 25th Street, turn left and head east toward the beach. The Norwegian Lady statue is located at 2500 Atlantic Ave, just a short ride away from the boardwalk, visible as you approach the beach.

• Walking

  If you are close to the beach area and want to walk, start at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Head north along the boardwalk until you reach 25th Street. Turn left onto 25th Street and walk towards the beach. Once you reach Atlantic Avenue, turn right, and you will find the Norwegian Lady statue located at 2500 Atlantic Ave. The statue is a prominent landmark, so it should be easy to spot as you approach the beachfront.
