From Bellevue, take the bus to the nearest Sound Transit Link Light Rail station, which is at University of Washington. Board the light rail heading towards Angle Lake. Get off at the Capitol Hill Station. Exit the station and walk south on Broadway, then turn right onto E Pine St. Continue walking until you reach Melrose Ave, then turn left. Greenfire Loft will be located at 1531 Melrose Ave on your left.
