Getting There

• Public Transit - Bus

  To reach Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area from downtown Seattle, start by heading to the nearest bus stop for King County Metro. Take Route 556 towards North Bend. The bus will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach North Bend. Once you arrive at the North Bend Park & Ride, exit the bus and walk to the intersection of North Bend Way and Cedar Falls Rd SE. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles uphill along Cedar Falls Rd SE, following the signs to Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area.

• Rideshare - Uber/Lyft

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Open the app and set your destination to 'Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area, 17905 Cedar Falls Rd SE, North Bend, WA 98045'. The trip from downtown Seattle will take approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the recreation area.

  For the more adventurous, you can bike to Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area. Rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Seattle. Start your journey by heading east on the I-90 Trail. Follow the trail until you reach North Bend, which is about 30 miles away. Once in North Bend, navigate to Cedar Falls Rd SE and continue until you reach the recreation area.
