From Downtown Bellevue, take the King County Metro bus route 240 or 241 at the Bellevue Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards Redmond or Crossroads. Get off at the stop at Main St & 124th Ave NE. From there, walk south on 124th Ave NE, and then turn left onto Main St. Continue walking for a few minutes, and you will reach Wilburton Hill Park at 12400 Main St.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-share stations in Downtown Bellevue. Head east on NE 4th St and then north on 124th Ave NE.
