After 2 stops, get off at the '164th Ave NE & NE 10th St' stop. From there, walk south on 164th Ave NE, and the park entrance will be on your right at 999 164th Ave NE. The bus fare is approximately $2.75, and you can pay using a ORCA card or cash.
