Head to the nearest Sound Transit light rail station in Bellevue, such as the Bellevue Transit Center. Board the light rail towards Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Westlake Station. From Westlake, you can either walk about 30 minutes to the Fremont Bridge or take the Metro bus route 40 from 3rd Ave & Pine St towards the University District, getting off at the Fremont area.
