Walking
If you are in downtown Bremerton, start by heading east on 1st Street towards Washington Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pacific Avenue. Turn right onto Pacific Avenue and walk until you reach the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. Take the Washington State Ferry to Seattle. Once you arrive in Seattle, follow the signs to the Link Light Rail Station. Board the Link Light Rail heading towards the University of Washington. Get off at the Capitol Hill Station. From there, transfer to Bus 11 towards Bellevue. After a scenic ride, disembark at the Bellevue Transit Center. Walk north on 6th Street and then take a left onto NE 4th Street. Continue walking until you see Bellevue Downtown Park on your right.

From downtown Bremerton, walk to the Bremerton Transportation Center located at 4th Street and Pacific Avenue. Catch the Kitsap Transit bus route 1 that heads towards Seattle. Upon reaching the Seattle bus terminal, transfer to the Sound Transit bus route 542 heading to Bellevue. This bus will take you directly to Bellevue. Once you arrive in Bellevue, walk east on NE 4th Street until you reach Bellevue Downtown Park at 10201 NE 4th St.
