Bus
From downtown Bremerton, walk to the Bremerton Transportation Center located at 100 Washington Ave. Catch the Kitsap Transit Route 1 bus heading towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Seattle stop at 3rd Avenue & Virginia Street. From there, transfer to the Sound Transit Link Light Rail at Westlake Station. Take the light rail northbound to the University of Washington Station, then transfer to Bus Route 44 towards Northgate. Get off at the stop at North 36th Street & Troll Ave N. The Fremont Troll will be a short walk away.
Ferry and Walk
Take the Washington State Ferry from Bremerton to Seattle. The ferry terminal is located at 120 Washington Ave in Bremerton. Board the ferry and enjoy a scenic ride across Puget Sound, which takes about 60 minutes. Once you arrive at the Seattle waterfront, disembark and head up to Alaskan Way. Walk northeast on Alaskan Way until you reach Pike Street, then head east to 5th Avenue. Catch the Metro Bus Route 5 towards Northgate. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at North 36th Street & Troll Ave N. From there, the Fremont Troll is just a short walk away.
Walking
If you are already in Bremerton and prefer to walk, start at the Bremerton Boardwalk near the ferry terminal. Walk north along the waterfront until you reach the intersection of 11th Street and Pacific Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop at 11th & Wheaton Way. From there, catch the Kitsap Transit Route 1 bus towards Seattle, and follow the bus guidance mentioned above to reach the Fremont Troll.
