If you are driving to Ruthton County Park, start on I-84 E from any location in Columbia River Gorge. Continue on I-84 E for approximately 15 miles until you reach Exit 64 for Hood River. Merge onto OR-35 N and follow signs for Hood River. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Westcliff Drive. The park entrance will be on your right. There is no entry fee for the park, making it an excellent spot for a budget-friendly visit.
