Car
If you are driving within Deception Pass State Park, head towards the main park road (Deception Pass Bridge). From there, follow the signs to the East and West Beach areas. After enjoying the scenic views, exit the park and head south on Whidbey Island. Follow State Route 20 until you reach the intersection with State Route 525. Turn left onto State Route 525 and continue until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to continue on State Route 525. After approximately 8 miles, follow the signs to Everett. Once in Everett, continue on 1st Street until you reach Edgewater Beach Park at 1504 1st St, Everett, WA 98203.

To reach Edgewater Beach Park using public transportation, start at the Deception Pass State Park entrance and make your way to the nearest bus stop. You will need to take a bus to Oak Harbor Transit Center. From there, transfer to the Skagit Transit Route 90 which will take you south towards Everett. Once you reach Everett, disembark at the Everett Station. From the Everett Station, you can take a local bus (Community Transit Route 8) to get closer to Edgewater Beach Park. Get off at the stop closest to 1st St, then walk approximately 0.5 miles to Edgewater Beach Park located at 1504 1st St, Everett, WA 98203. Be sure to check the local transit schedules for exact timings. Note that bus fares may vary, so have cash or a transit pass ready.
