Merge onto James St and continue straight. Turn left onto 14th Ave and then right onto S Washington St. Follow the road as it curves, and turn left onto Lake Washington Blvd S. Continue on Lake Washington Blvd S for about 1 mile, and you will find East Portal Viewpoint on your left at 1400 Lake Washington Blvd S. There is free parking available nearby.

To reach East Portal Viewpoint via public transportation, take the Link Light Rail from any station along the line to the Columbia City Station.
