Car
If you're traveling by car, the most common route to Palouse Falls State Park is to take I-90 E towards Spokane. Depending on your starting point, you can then merge onto US-195 S. Continue on US-195 S for approximately 25 miles until you reach the town of Colfax. From Colfax, take WA-26 E for about 24 miles until you reach the junction with Palouse Falls Rd. Turn right onto Palouse Falls Rd and follow it for another 14 miles until you arrive at Palouse Falls State Park, located at 46.66376° N, 118.22734° W. The park has a small entrance fee of $10 per vehicle, which you can pay at the entrance.
Public Transportation
If you're relying on public transportation, your best option is to take a bus to Colfax, as there are limited services available in Eastern Washington. Once in Colfax, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance to Palouse Falls State Park. The distance from Colfax to the park is about 24 miles, and taxi services may charge around $50-$70 for this trip. It is advisable to book your ride in advance, as services may be limited.
