Bus
From any location in Federal Way, head to the nearest bus stop. Look for the Sound Transit bus service, specifically routes 586 or 586 which travel to Seattle. Board the bus and pay your fare. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the 'Pioneer Square' stop in Seattle. From there, walk east towards Alaskan Way. Follow Alaskan Way along the waterfront for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Pier 62, located at 1951 Alaskan Wy.
Train
Make your way to the Federal Way Transit Center. Board the Sounder train heading towards Seattle. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Seattle's King Street Station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. Head northwest on S Jackson St toward Alaskan Wy, then turn left onto Alaskan Wy. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Pier 62.

If you are already in the downtown area of Federal Way, you can walk to the Federal Way Transit Center and then board a bus or train to Seattle. Alternatively, if you are exploring nearby areas, you can use a combination of local parks and pathways to reach the Federal Way Transit Center and then take public transport to Seattle.
