To get to the Seattle Aquarium from Federal Way, start by walking to the Federal Way Transit Center located at 31620 Pete von Reichbauer Way S. Once you arrive at the transit center, take Sound Transit bus route 586 towards Seattle. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Pioneer Square' stop in Seattle. From there, walk towards Alaskan Way by heading northwest on 1st Avenue towards the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach Pier 59. The Seattle Aquarium will be on your right at 1483 Alaskan Way.

From Federal Way, walk to the Federal Way Transit Center and board the Sound Transit Link Light Rail heading north towards Seattle. Stay on the light rail for about 35 minutes and get off at the 'University Street' station. Once you exit the station, walk towards 3rd Avenue and head south. Continue walking until you reach Alaskan Way. Turn left and walk along the waterfront until you reach Pier 59, where the Seattle Aquarium is located.
