You will need to get off at the Tacoma Dome Station. From there, transfer to Pierce Transit Route 1, which will take you towards Gig Harbor. Get off the bus at the stop closest to the bridge, which is the 'Tacoma Narrows Bridge' stop. From there, walk towards the bridge, following the signs.
