To reach Fremont Bridge from Federal Way, start by walking to the Federal Way Transit Center located at 31620 Pete von Reichbauer Way S. From there, catch the Sound Transit Bus Route 586 heading towards Seattle. The bus will take you through various stops, so please stay on until you reach the Seattle International District/Chinatown Station. Once there, transfer to the Link Light Rail towards Northgate. Get off at the University of Washington Station. From the University of Washington, you can either take a 10-minute ride on the Metro Bus Route 44 towards Ballard or walk toward the Fremont area. The Fremont Bridge is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, just follow Fremont Avenue N until you see the bridge.

Light Rail and Bus
Begin your journey at the Federal Way Transit Center. Board the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards Angle Lake. After arriving at the Angle Lake Station, transfer to the Link Light Rail heading towards Northgate. Get off at the Westlake Station in Downtown Seattle. From there, catch Metro Bus Route 26 towards Ballard. Stay on the bus until you reach the Fremont Avenue N & N 34th St stop. The Fremont Bridge will be a short walk from the bus stop, just head south on Fremont Avenue N.

Walking and Bus
If you prefer a more scenic route, you can walk from the Federal Way Transit Center to the nearest bus stop on Pacific Highway S. Catch the Sound Transit Bus Route 574 towards Seattle. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Southcenter Mall stop. From there, take the King County Metro Bus Route 140 towards Seattle and get off at the Fremont Avenue N & N 36th St stop. The Fremont Bridge is just a short walk from there, heading south on Fremont Avenue N.
