From any central location in Kent, head to the Kent Transit Center. You can take the Sound Transit Route 586 bus towards North Bend. The bus will take you directly to North Bend. Once you arrive at the North Bend Park and Ride, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to Olallie State Park. Exit the Park and Ride and head east on North Bend Way. Turn left onto SE 140th St, then continue straight until you reach SE Homestead Valley Rd. Turn right, and you will see the park entrance on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Kent to Olallie State Park. Start by heading east on the Interurban Trail from Kent. Follow the trail until you reach the Cedar River Trail. From there, continue to follow the Cedar River Trail until you reach North Bend. After entering North Bend, take North Bend Way east and continue until you reach SE Homestead Valley Rd. Turn right onto SE Homestead Valley Rd, and you will arrive at Olallie State Park.

Walking from Kent to Olallie State Park is quite a long trek, approximately 12 miles. However, if you're up for it, start your journey by heading east on the Interurban Trail. Follow the trail until you reach North Bend. Once in North Bend, navigate to North Bend Way and head east. Continue until you reach SE Homestead Valley Rd. Turn right, and the park entrance will be on your left. Note that this route may take several hours, so ensure you are prepared with water and supplies.
