Getting There

    From Kent Station, board the Sound Transit Route 586 bus towards Seattle. The bus departs frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the stop at 5th Ave & Pine St. Once you disembark, walk two blocks west on Pine St until you reach 1st Ave. Turn left onto 1st Ave and continue walking south for about 0.5 miles. You will see the Seattle Aquarium on your right at 1483 Alaskan Way Pier 59.

  • Train

    Head to Kent Station and catch a Sounder train heading towards Seattle. The journey takes roughly 25-30 minutes. After arriving at Seattle's King Street Station, exit the station and head north on 4th Ave for two blocks until you reach the intersection with Columbia St. Turn left onto Columbia St and proceed towards the waterfront. Continue until you reach Alaskan Way, then turn right. The Seattle Aquarium will be located at 1483 Alaskan Way Pier 59.

    From Kent Station, take the Sound Transit Link Light Rail in the direction of University of Washington. Change at the Pioneer Square Station and transfer to the bus number 99. The bus will take you directly to the waterfront area. Get off at the stop for Alaskan Way & Pier 59. The Seattle Aquarium will be right in front of you at 1483 Alaskan Way Pier 59.
