Bus
From Kent, head to the Kent Station Transit Center located at 417 W Meeker St. Take the Sound Transit Route 586 bus towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Pioneer Square Station in Seattle. From Pioneer Square, transfer to the Link Light Rail at the Pioneer Square Station. Board the light rail heading towards Northgate. Get off at the Westlake Station, and from there, walk northwest on Pine St. towards 5th Ave. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Western Ave. Turn left on Western Ave, and you will find Victor Steinbrueck Park at 1999 Western Ave, just a short walk ahead on your left.
Train
Make your way to the Kent Station located at 417 W Meeker St, Kent. Board the Sounder Train heading towards Seattle. The train ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Seattle's King Street Station, exit the station and head towards Jackson St. Walk west until you reach 4th Ave, then turn left. Continue walking on 4th Ave until you reach Pike St, then turn right. Walk straight until you reach Western Ave, where you will turn left. Continue walking until you reach Victor Steinbrueck Park at 1999 Western Ave.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local bike rental shop in Kent. Start your ride towards the Green River Trail. Follow the trail north until you reach the intersection with the Interurban Trail. Continue on the Interurban Trail towards Seattle. Upon reaching the city limits, follow the bike route signs that lead you to downtown Seattle. Once you reach the waterfront area, navigate towards Western Ave, and you will find Victor Steinbrueck Park at 1999 Western Ave.
