Bus
From Kirkland, walk to the Kirkland Transit Center located at 10603 108th Ave NE. Take the Metro Bus Line 242 towards Seattle. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Denny Way & 4th Ave. Transfer to the Metro Bus Line 8 towards Madrona. Ride for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop at Harrison St & 3rd Ave. From there, walk one block west on Harrison St. The Artists At Play Playground will be on your right at 305 Harrison St, Seattle.
Light Rail
From Kirkland, make your way to the nearest bus stop and take a bus (such as the Metro Bus Line 542) to the Redmond Transit Center. From the Transit Center, take the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards University of Washington. After approximately 30 minutes, alight at the Westlake Station. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus Line 8 towards Madrona. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at Harrison St & 3rd Ave. Walk one block west on Harrison St to reach the Artists At Play Playground at 305 Harrison St, Seattle.
Walking & Bus
If you prefer walking, head towards the Kirkland waterfront and enjoy the scenic views. Walk to the Kirkland Transit Center (about 1 mile). From there, board the Metro Bus Line 242 towards Seattle. After around 30 minutes, get off at Denny Way & 4th Ave. Transfer to the Metro Bus Line 8 towards Madrona and ride for about 15 minutes until you reach Harrison St & 3rd Ave. Walk one block west on Harrison St, and you will find the Artists At Play Playground at 305 Harrison St, Seattle.
