Public Bus
From downtown Kirkland, head to the nearest bus stop on Central Way. Catch the King County Metro bus route 238 towards the 'Woodinville Park & Ride'. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Kirkland Transit Center'. From there, transfer to the Island Transit bus route 1 towards 'Clinton Ferry'. Stay on the bus for approximately 50 minutes. You will pass through picturesque Whidbey Island. Get off at the 'Honeymoon Bay Rd & S Honeymoon Bay Rd' stop. Walk about 10 minutes along S Honeymoon Bay Rd until you reach Holmes Harbor Cellars, located at 4591 S Honeymoon Bay Rd.
Bicycle
If you feel adventurous, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Kirkland. Start at the waterfront and head north along Lake Washington Blvd NE. Continue until you reach Juanita Dr NE, then take a left. Follow Juanita Dr NE until it merges into NE 145th St, then continue onto WA-525 N. Follow WA-525 to the Mukilteo ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry to Clinton. Once you disembark, ride along the main road for about 15 minutes until you reach S Honeymoon Bay Rd. Holmes Harbor Cellars will be on your right.
Walking
If you are staying in a location nearby, you can simply walk to Holmes Harbor Cellars. Start from the nearest landmark, such as the Kirkland Performance Center. Head west on 3rd St towards Kirkland Ave. Turn left onto Kirkland Ave and continue until you reach the waterfront. Walk along the waterfront path north until you reach the park near Juanita Bay. Exit the park and continue up Juanita Dr NE. Follow the road until you reach Honeymoon Bay Rd. Holmes Harbor Cellars will be about a 30-minute walk from your starting point.
