Turn left onto Lake Street and continue walking until you reach the waterfront park area. From there, follow the shoreline heading north. You will eventually see signs directing you to Juanita Beach Park. It’s about a 1.5-mile walk, so give yourself around 30 minutes to enjoy the scenery along the way.
Public Transit

To get to Juanita Beach Park via public transit, start at the Kirkland Transit Center located at 10655 NE 38th Pl. Catch the Metro bus route 238 towards Kenmore. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the NE Juanita Dr & 97th Ave NE stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk. Head east on NE Juanita Dr, and the park entrance will be on your left at 9703 NE Juanita Dr.
Biking

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from any of the local bike rental shops in downtown Kirkland. Head north on the Kirkland Connector Trail, which will take you towards Juanita Beach Park. Follow the trail for about 2 miles; it’s a scenic route that leads you directly to the park entrance at 9703 NE Juanita Dr. Make sure to follow the bike path signs.
