Public Bus
From Kirkland, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch Metro Bus Route 255 from the Kirkland Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards the University District. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Northgate Station'. At Northgate Station, transfer to Bus Route 8 towards West Seattle. Stay on Route 8 for about 20 minutes, getting off at the 'Queen Anne Drive & Highland Dr' stop. From there, walk south on Highland Drive for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Kerry Park, located at 211 W Highland Dr, Seattle, WA 98119.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Kirkland. Start at the Kirkland Waterfront Park and head west on the Lakeshore Plaza Trail. Follow the trail to the Houghton neighborhood and cross the 520 Bridge. Once you reach the Seattle side, follow the bike path along Montlake Boulevard. When you reach East Queen Anne Avenue, follow it up to W Highland Drive. Kerry Park will be on your right at 211 W Highland Dr, Seattle, WA 98119. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace.

Walking
For those who enjoy walking, start at the Kirkland waterfront. Walk along the waterfront trail heading northwest until you reach the intersection with Lake Street. Turn right onto Lake Street, then continue straight onto 6th Street. Follow 6th Street until you reach Market Street. Turn left on Market Street and proceed to the bus stop at the Kirkland Transit Center. From there, take Metro Bus Route 255 as described above, or continue walking towards the 520 Bridge, then follow the bike path as described in the bicycle section. The total walking distance is about 6 miles, which will take approximately 2 hours.
