Walking
From Kirkland's downtown area, head west on Central Way towards Lake Street. Continue on Central Way until you reach the intersection with Lake Washington Boulevard. Turn left onto Lake Washington Boulevard and follow it south. This road will take you to the Kirkland Marina Park. At the marina, you will find the bus stop for King County Metro bus route 255. Take the bus towards Seattle, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the bus stop at 3rd Ave & Bell St in Seattle. From there, walk west towards Western Ave, then head south on Western Ave. The Olympic Sculpture Park will be on your right at 2901 Western Ave.

From any location in Kirkland, make your way to the nearest bus stop for King County Metro. Board the Metro bus route 255 or 542 towards Seattle. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Disembark at the stop on 3rd Ave & Bell St. Once you alight, walk west on Bell St until you reach Western Ave, and then turn right. Walk south on Western Ave, and you will arrive at the Olympic Sculpture Park located at 2901 Western Ave.
