Take the bus towards Seattle, and enjoy the scenic ride. Get off at the stop at 3rd Ave & Pine St (about a 30-minute ride). From there, walk west on Pine St until you reach 1st Ave. Turn left on 1st Ave and walk south until you reach Western Ave. Victor Steinbrueck Park will be on your left at 1999 Western Ave.
