From Kirkland, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the King County Metro Bus route 238 towards Seattle. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 25-30 minutes. Get off at the '4th Ave & James St' stop. From there, walk east along James Street for two blocks until you reach 2nd Avenue. Turn left on 2nd Avenue and walk north for one block. The Waterfall Garden Park will be on your right at 219 2nd Ave S.
