From Marina Park, head north on Lakeshore Plaza, then take a left onto Kirkland Ave. Continue on Kirkland Ave until you reach Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street, and walk for about 5 minutes. The Peter Kirk Building will be on your right at the corner of Market Street and 7th Ave W.
