Bus

From Lynnwood Transit Center, take the Community Transit Bus Route 115 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop at NW 54th St & 24th Ave NW. From there, walk west on NW 54th St until you reach 24th Ave NW. Turn left and continue south until you reach W Commodore Way. The Ballard Locks Fish Ladder will be straight ahead.
Light Rail

From Lynnwood, head to the Lynnwood City Center Station and take the Link Light Rail towards Angle Lake. Transfer to Bus Route 40 at Westlake Station in downtown Seattle, heading towards Ballard.
