Walking
If you are starting from the Marysville Town Center (about 4 miles away), head south on State Avenue. Follow State Avenue until you reach the intersection with 4th Street, then turn left. Continue on 4th Street until you hit Cedar Avenue. Turn right onto Cedar Avenue and continue until you reach 88th Street NE. Here, you can catch the Community Transit Route 201 bus heading south towards Everett. Get off at the Everett Transit Center.

Once at the Everett Transit Center, transfer to Community Transit Route 3 or Route 8. Both routes will take you towards Mukilteo Boulevard. Get off at the stop closest to 1621 W Mukilteo Blvd. From there, it’s a short walk to Harborview Park. Head west on Mukilteo Blvd, and you'll see the park entrance on your left.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental shop and head south on State Avenue until you reach 4th Street. Turn left on 4th Street and go towards Cedar Avenue. Turn right on Cedar Avenue and follow it until you reach 88th Street NE. From there, you can continue straight to Mukilteo Boulevard. Follow the signs to Harborview Park, which will be on your left at 1621 W Mukilteo Blvd.
