If you are driving to Mount Catherine Trailhead from anywhere in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, head towards Snoqualmie Pass. From Interstate 90, take Exit 54 toward Snoqualmie Pass. Follow signs for Snoqualmie Pass and merge onto WA-906 N. Continue on WA-906 N for approximately 2 miles. Look for the Mount Catherine Trailhead parking area on your right, just after the exit for Hyak Sno-Park. There is no fee required for parking at the trailhead.

For those relying on public transportation, you can take the King County Metro bus route 556 from Seattle to Snoqualmie Pass. The bus will drop you off at the Snoqualmie Pass bus stop. From there, it is a 1.5-mile walk to the Mount Catherine Trailhead. Walk east along the main road (WA-906) until you see the trailhead parking area on your left.
