Getting There

• Car - From Seattle

  If you're starting from Seattle, take I-90 East towards Spokane. After approximately 140 miles, take exit 85 for US-97 N towards Wenatchee. Continue on US-97 N for about 90 miles until you reach the junction with WA-20. Turn left onto WA-20 W and continue for about 35 miles until you reach Winthrop. Once in Winthrop, follow signs to Bear Creek Rd, where you will find Pearrygin Lake State Park at 625 Bear Creek Rd, Winthrop, WA 98862.

• Car - From Spokane

  From Spokane, head west on I-90 and then take exit 277A to merge onto US-2 W towards Wenatchee. After about 60 miles, continue on US-97 N for approximately 80 miles. Merge onto WA-20 W towards Winthrop. Continue on WA-20 W for about 35 miles until you reach Winthrop. Follow signs to Bear Creek Rd, and Pearrygin Lake State Park will be at 625 Bear Creek Rd, Winthrop, WA 98862.

• Public Transportation - From Seattle

  Take a Greyhound bus or Amtrak train from Seattle to the nearest city, which is Wenatchee. From Wenatchee, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Pearrygin Lake State Park, as public transportation options to the park itself are limited. The distance from Wenatchee to Winthrop is about 70 miles.

• Car - Local Directions

  If you're already in the Northern Cascades area, head towards Winthrop via WA-20. Once you are in Winthrop, follow the signs for Bear Creek Road. The park entrance is located on Bear Creek Rd, approximately 2 miles from the center of Winthrop. Keep an eye out for park signage.

• Cost Information

  Note that there is a day-use fee for entering Pearrygin Lake State Park, which is typically around $10 per vehicle. If you are planning to camp overnight, additional camping fees will apply.
