If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Concrete, WA. Head east on Main St toward WA-20 E. Continue on WA-20 E for about 6 miles until you reach the turnoff for Cape Horn Rd. Turn left onto Cape Horn Rd and follow the signs to Rasar State Park, which will be located approximately 4 miles ahead on your right at 38730 Cape Horn Rd, Concrete, WA 98237.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Skagit Transit bus route 70 from Mount Vernon to Concrete. The bus will drop you off at the Concrete town center. From there, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance to Rasar State Park, as public transport does not go directly to the park. The park is about 4 miles from Concrete, so plan for a short taxi ride. Costs for the taxi will vary based on the service you choose.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous and want to bike to Rasar State Park, start in Concrete and follow the same route as cars. Pedal east on Main St, then take WA-20 E. After about 6 miles, turn left on Cape Horn Rd. Biking to the park will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. Make sure to wear a helmet and bring plenty of water.
