Getting There

• Car

  If you are starting from another location in Olympic National Park, take US-101 S towards Port Angeles. Follow US-101 S for approximately 50 miles until you reach the junction with WA-104. Take the exit for WA-104 towards Seattle. Continue on WA-104, crossing the Hood Canal Bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue onto I-5 S towards Seattle. Take exit 168A for Mercer St. Continue on Mercer St and follow signs for Queen Anne. Turn left onto 5th Ave N, then turn right onto W Olympic Pl. Kinnear Park will be on your left at 899 W Olympic Pl, Seattle, WA 98119. Parking is available nearby, but there may be fees depending on the time of day.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, start by taking the Jefferson Transit bus from Port Angeles to the Seattle Greyhound station. From the Greyhound station, transfer to the King County Metro bus route 2 towards Queen Anne. Get off at the stop on 5th Ave N and W Olympic Pl. From there, it is a short walk to Kinnear Park, which is located at 899 W Olympic Pl, Seattle, WA 98119. • Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can ride from within Seattle city limits. If you're starting from downtown Seattle, take the Seattle Center bike path to the west side of Lake Union. Follow the path along the lake, connecting to W Olympic Pl. Kinnear Park is located at 899 W Olympic Pl, Seattle, WA 98119. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking laws. There are bike racks available at the park for secure parking.
