    Car

    From downtown Seattle, head northwest on I-5 N. Take exit 167 for Western Ave toward Mercer St. Continue on Western Ave until it turns into Elliott Ave. Follow Elliott Ave and turn left onto W Thomas St. Continue on W Thomas St and turn right onto 15th Ave W. Follow 15th Ave W, and then merge onto W Emerson St. Continue straight to enter Discovery Park. There is ample parking available at the park entrance.

    Public Transportation

    From downtown Seattle, walk to the Westlake Station and take the Metro Bus Route 29 or 31. Get off at the 'Discovery Park Entrance' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the main entrance of Discovery Park. Check the Metro website for the most current schedules and route information.

    Car

    If you're coming from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), take I-5 N from the airport. Follow I-5 N for about 20 miles. Take exit 167 for Western Ave toward Mercer St. Continue on Western Ave until it turns into Elliott Ave. Follow Elliott Ave and turn left onto W Thomas St. Continue on W Thomas St and turn right onto 15th Ave W. Merge onto W Emerson St and continue straight to enter Discovery Park. Look for parking areas near the visitor center.
