Public Transit - Bus
To reach Fremont Bridge from Renton, start at the Renton Transit Center. Board the Sound Transit Route 586 bus towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop at 2nd Ave & James St. From there, transfer to the Metro Route 5 bus heading north towards Shoreline. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop at 1st Ave N & Mercer St. Walk west along Mercer St until you reach the Fremont Bridge, which will be on your right.

Public Transit - Light Rail
Begin your journey at the Renton Transit Center. Take the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Change trains at the Pioneer Square Station to the Link Light Rail heading north towards Northgate. Disembark at the University of Washington Station. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus Route 31 or 32 heading towards Ballard and get off at the stop at 1st Ave N & N 36th St. Walk south on 1st Ave N, and you will find the Fremont Bridge just a short distance away.

Walking
If you are up for a longer walk, you can head north from Renton by walking towards Lake Washington. Follow the lake path north until you reach the I-90 bridge. Cross the bridge and continue walking along the shoreline. Eventually, you'll need to navigate through neighborhoods until you reach the Fremont neighborhood in Seattle. The Fremont Bridge is located at the intersection of N 34th St and Leary Way NW.
