Get off at the 'Bellevue Transit Center' stop. From there, transfer to Bus Line 240 towards Overlake. Ride for about 10 minutes, and get off at the 'Main St & 120th Ave NE' stop. The Bellevue Botanical Garden is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
