If you'd like to travel via public transportation from Redmond to Bainbridge Island, first take the King County Metro Bus Route 542 from Redmond Transit Center towards Bellevue. Transfer at Bellevue Transit Center to Bus Route 226 towards Seattle. Get off at the Seattle Ferry Terminal. Board the Washington State Ferry to Bainbridge Island. After arriving at Bainbridge Island, exit the ferry and walk approximately 0.3 miles along Winslow Way E for about 5 minutes.
