From Redmond Town Center, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Sound Transit bus number 542 towards Seattle. Ride the bus for approximately 30-35 minutes. Get off at the 'Queen Anne Ave N & W Highland Dr' stop. From there, walk west on W Highland Dr for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Kerry Park at 211 W Highland Dr, Seattle, WA 98119.

If you're near Downtown Redmond, you can walk to Kerry Park. Start at the intersection of Redmond Way and 164th Ave NE. Head west down Redmond Way for about 1.5 miles until you reach 148th Ave NE. Turn left onto 148th Ave NE and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the bus stop at '148th Ave NE & NE 51st St'. From there, you can take the bus as described above, or continue walking along NE 51st St until you reach the intersection with Queen Anne Ave N. Turn right and walk north until you reach W Highland Dr, then turn left to arrive at Kerry Park.
