Bus
From anywhere in Redmond, locate the nearest bus stop that services King County Metro. Take Bus 542 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Northgate Transit Center.' Transfer to Bus 45 towards 'Downtown Seattle.' Stay on this bus until you reach '3rd Ave & Pine St.' From there, walk south on 3rd Ave until you reach Alaskan Way. Turn left on Alaskan Way, and you will find the Seattle Great Wheel at 1301 Alaskan Way.
Light Rail
Find your way to the nearest bus stop and take Bus 542 to the 'Redmond Technology Center' light rail station. Board the Link Light Rail towards 'University of Washington.' Get off at 'Pioneer Square Station.' From there, walk west on Yesler Way until you reach Alaskan Way. Turn left and walk south along Alaskan Way until you reach the Seattle Great Wheel at 1301 Alaskan Way.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Redmond to Seattle using the Sammamish River Trail. Start on the trail heading south towards Woodinville. Follow the trail until it connects with the Burke-Gilman Trail, which will take you directly into Seattle. Once you reach the city, navigate towards Alaskan Way by following signs for the waterfront. The Seattle Great Wheel will be located at 1301 Alaskan Way.
Walking
If you are close enough to downtown Redmond, you can walk towards the nearest bus stop and take Bus 542 or Bus 45 to Seattle. Once in Seattle, walk south on 3rd Ave and continue until you reach Alaskan Way. Turn left on Alaskan Way, and you will see the Seattle Great Wheel at 1301 Alaskan Way.
