From downtown Renton, walk to the nearest bus stop on 3rd Ave NE & S 2nd St. Take the Sound Transit Route 586 bus heading towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes and disembark at the Westlake Station. From Westlake Station, transfer to the King County Metro Bus Route 29 heading towards the Ballard area. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the stop at 3919 18th Ave W. You will see Fishermen's Terminal a short walk from the bus stop.

Start by walking to the nearest light rail station, which is the Renton Transit Center. Take the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Ride for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the Pioneer Square Station. From there, transfer to a bus (King County Metro Route 29) at the nearest bus stop and take it heading towards the Ballard area. After about 30 minutes, get off at 3919 18th Ave W, Fishermen's Terminal.
