If you're starting from the Richland City Center, head east on George Washington Way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Columbia River. Turn left onto the bike path along the riverfront. Follow the path north until you see the sign for Chamna Natural Preserve. The entrance will be on your left after about 2 miles.

From the Richland City Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on George Washington Way. Take Bus Route 25 towards Pasco. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Columbia Park Trail and the entrance of Chamna Natural Preserve. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the entrance, heading east on Columbia Park Trail.

If you are near the Richland Library, head south on Swift Blvd. Continue until you reach George Washington Way. Turn right and walk along the sidewalk until you reach the Columbia River. From here, take the pedestrian path along the river heading east. After about 1.5 miles, look for the entrance to Chamna Natural Preserve on your left.
