Light Rail
If you're starting from the University of Washington, take the Link Light Rail from the University of Washington Station. Ride southbound towards Angle Lake. Get off at the Pioneer Square Station, which is about a 30-minute ride. Once you exit the station, head southwest on James Street towards 1st Avenue. Turn right on 1st Avenue and continue walking until you reach Washington Street. Turn left on Washington Street, and you will find 117 S Washington St on your left.
Bus
From Pike Place Market, walk to the bus stop located at 1st Avenue and Pike Street. Board the bus number 99 or 1, heading towards Pioneer Square. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 2nd Avenue and Washington Street stop. From there, walk one block east on Washington Street, and you will arrive at 117 S Washington St.
Walking
If you're starting from the Seattle Waterfront, head north on Alaskan Way until you reach Columbia Street. Turn left onto Columbia Street and walk until you hit 1st Avenue. Turn right and continue walking until you reach Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street, and you will see 117 S Washington St a short walk ahead.
Streetcar
From the South Lake Union area, take the South Lake Union Streetcar towards Westlake Station. Get off at the Westlake Station and transfer to the Link Light Rail. Board the train southbound towards Angle Lake and get off at Pioneer Square Station. Exit the station and walk southwest on James Street towards 1st Avenue. Turn right on 1st Avenue, and then left on Washington Street to reach 117 S Washington St.
