    From downtown Seattle, head to the nearest bus stop and take the King County Metro bus number 3 or 4 heading southeast. Make sure to check the schedule for the next departure. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes and get off at the '12th Ave S & S Jackson St' stop. From there, walk south on 12th Ave S for about 5 minutes until you reach Dr. Jose Rizal Park at 1007 12th Ave S.

    Light Rail

    If you're near a Link Light Rail station, board the train heading towards Angle Lake. Get off at the 'Beacon Hill Station.' After exiting, head east on S Walden St. Turn left onto 12th Ave S and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Dr. Jose Rizal Park will be on your left at 1007 12th Ave S.

    Walking

    If you are in the Capitol Hill area, you can walk to Dr. Jose Rizal Park. Head south on 12th Ave E until you reach E Cherry St. Continue straight onto 12th Ave S, and walk for about 20-25 minutes. The park will be located at 1007 12th Ave S, right at the intersection with S Jackson St.

    Bike

    You can rent a bike from one of the many bike-share stations around Seattle. Start from downtown, heading south on 2nd Ave. Turn left on S Jackson St and continue until you reach 12th Ave S. Turn right onto 12th Ave S, and Dr. Jose Rizal Park will be on your left after a short ride of about 15 minutes.
