Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from Pike Place Market, head southeast on Pike Street towards 1st Avenue. Continue straight until you reach 1st Avenue, then turn left. Walk down 1st Avenue for about 0.3 miles until you reach Columbia Street. Turn right on Columbia Street and continue walking until you reach the waterfront. As you approach the water, look for the Harbor Steps entrance. The steps lead down to the waterfront area where you'll find beautiful views and access to various amenities.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Seattle Center, take the Link Light Rail from the Westlake Station (located at 5th Avenue and Pine Street) towards Angle Lake. Get off at the Pioneer Square Station. Exit the station and head northeast on 1st Avenue towards Columbia Street. Turn left on Columbia Street and walk straight until you reach the waterfront. Look for the entrance to the Harbor Steps on your right.

If you're coming from the University of Washington, take the Link Light Rail from the University of Washington Station towards Westlake Station.
