    Bus

    To get to Lake Union by bus, find the nearest bus stop and take any bus heading towards downtown Seattle. Look for routes like the 70, 72, or 73. Get off at the stop closest to the Westlake Center, which is a central hub. From there, transfer to the 40 bus towards Northgate and get off at the stop at Fairview Ave N and Aloha St. Walk north along Fairview Ave N towards the lake; you will reach Lake Union in about 10 minutes.

    Light Rail

    If you're near a Link light rail station, take the light rail towards the University of Washington. Get off at the University of Washington Station. From there, you can catch the bus route 48 towards West Seattle. Get off at the stop at Fairview Ave N and Aloha St. Walk north along Fairview Ave N, and within 10 minutes, you’ll be at Lake Union.
