    From downtown Seattle, you can take the Metro Bus #40. Board the bus at any bus stop near you heading towards Ballard. Make sure to check the schedule as buses run every 15-30 minutes. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop at NW Market St & 26th Ave NW. From there, walk two blocks east along NW Market St. The National Nordic Museum will be on your left at 2655 NW Market St.

  • Public Transit - Light Rail + Bus

    Take the Link Light Rail from any downtown station (Pioneer Square, Westlake, or University Street) towards Northgate Station. Get off at the University of Washington Station. From there, transfer to Metro Bus #44 towards Ballard. Get off at the NW Market St & 26th Ave NW stop. Walk two blocks east along NW Market St, and you will find the National Nordic Museum on your left at 2655 NW Market St.
