Get off at the stop at 2nd Ave & Mercer St. From there, walk 2 blocks down 2nd Ave N towards the south-east until you reach 200 2nd Ave N, where the Pacific Science Center is located.

If you are near the University of Washington, take the Light Rail from the University of Washington Station towards Westlake Station. Once you arrive at Westlake Station, exit and head towards the 3rd Ave & Pike St bus stop.
