Light Rail
If you're coming from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, take the Link Light Rail towards Northgate. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the Pioneer Square Station. From there, walk north on 1st Avenue for about 5 blocks until you reach 4th Avenue. Turn right onto 4th Avenue, and the Sky View Observatory will be on your left at 700 4th Ave.
